September 2026 Market Snapshot
In September 2026, the MLS® HPI composite benchmark price for GVR's Coquitlam reporting area was $971,700, down 6.3% from a year earlier and down 1% from August.
Year-over-year price movement here is close to the Metro Vancouver composite (down 5.5%). Sales and new listings are both down from last year, so activity is quieter overall. Read the full September 2026 market report.
